RALPH WATSON
Ralph Watson is a high impact Coach, Master Trainer and Speaker with an international track record of success. To date, he has worked with organisations and individuals from over 30 countries including the UK, Western and Northern Europe, China, India, Russia, Turkey, the Middle East and the USA.
With a successful business career of over 30 years in a variety of sales-oriented roles from Key Account Management and senior management to Board level appointment in the IT and Telecoms sectors, Ralph has a wealth of real-world experience and wisdom that he calls upon in his highly solution-focused work with clients. Add to that 30 years, a further 20 years of international wisdom and success in running his own business and you have a very powerful mix.
Ralph’s fascination with the social structure and strategies of the wolf pack led him to drawing comparisons with high performing teams and from there to delivering his signature “Unleash Your Wolf” talk, which has inspired so many individuals and teams. Managing Director of an International Risk Management Consultancy based in the UK, he is a graduate in Law, a Certified Prince2 Project Management Practitioner, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Coach & Practitioner, Certified Auditor, Qualified Trainer, International HSE Consultant, International Speaker and Host of P2G Live.
PROFILE: In the realms of Risk Management, Majid held the post of Senior Risk Management Consultant and Strategic Manager on the world-renowned Masjid Al Haram in Makkah (Saudi Arabia) from 2014 to the beginning of 2016. His role involved advising and providing consultancy support to senior stakeholders, Project Managers and the Principal Contractor in addition to liaising with high profile dignitaries and representatives appointed by the King of Saudi Arabia.
Majid is also a multi-award-winning Business Development Trainer, Coach and Mentor with almost 2 decades of experience in selling and training sales professionals in both, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) markets and has won numerous accolades for his record-breaking performances.
